A little about me and my journey that led me to mortgage brokering. In 1988 I was about to purchase my first house. As a very young person with a full time minimum wage job I discovered that banks were not interested in my mortgage business. They basically laughed me out the door. As a bound and determined young woman I decided there had to be a better way.

After much research I discovered a mortgage broker that was able to help me in attaining my very first mortgage. This gentleman changed my life. I have since gone on to owning over 20 units either as rental properties or flip projects. Hence helping others to attain there dreams by becoming homeowners became my passion. Especially those whom otherwise would never have known they could become homeowners is something I take great pride in. I have attained these goals without the help of a spouse or otherwise. As a woman I feel it is  very important to spread the message that anything is possible. Never give up on your dreams.
